What we collect

When you send a cleaning request: your name, email, mobile number, address or area and Eircode, optional property details (type, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, pets), your preferred date and time, what you'd like us to focus on, and how you heard about us. We also keep a hashed form of your connection's IP address for a short time to prevent abuse.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your details to respond to your request, assess whether we cover your location, agree and carry out a clean (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of that contract), and to keep basic financial records (legal obligation). We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Who processes it

Our website and database are hosted by Lovable and its cloud infrastructure providers. [To confirm: confirm hosting region and any transfers outside the EEA, and any email provider once configured]

How long we keep it
